Everyone has heard the baby news, and we are all happy for the new addition to the Carter-Knowles family. Now to the question at hand. What will be expected of their child as they [The child] grows and matures. Now having been blessed with parents who are as financially stable as Jay z and Beyonce is a blessing within itself, but what will their child's life be like. The media is all over this story and the kid isn't even born yet. Baby names, whose going to get the first picture, will he/she [Child] be a boy or a girl, will he/she sing, or rap.
Hopefully the child will have the privacy he/she deserves along with the blessings that will be given from Mom and Dad. Not only is pressure on to see who or what this child will be; there will be just as much weight keeping the family name clean and tasteful. A lot of times a child can mess up their families name just ask Charlie Sheen. Once again congrats to the beautiful couple and may God bless you and yours.

Tyreese has come back from fighting machines and has been in the studio recording for his upcoming album Open Invitation which is set for release in November. It has ten years since his acting debut in Baby Boy and five years since his last album. Does Tyreese still have what it takes to put out a hit album.
The game has changed a lot since the release of his 2006 album entitled Alter Ego. Names like Trey Songz, Neo, and Drake are running the R&B genre right now and the auto-tune craze has died down, so it's back to true talent. Tyreese is known for his smooth soulful sound but will it be enough to get his fans back in the stores. Here is a sample of what is to come.

Lauryn Hill started her career as one third of the hip hop trio the Fugees. Her poetry like
rap verses along with her smooth seductive voice made her a well respected throught the hip hop
community. The remake fo Roberta Flacks "Killing Me Softly" put Hill in a position to make bigger moves in the
music indusrty.
After the Fugees disbanded Hill began work on her solo Album which she titled The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill. The solo album was what fans wanted and they let her know. The Miseducation... sold over 422,000 copies in its first week, not to mention she was nominated in ten grammy categories; taking home five. Why would a person who was loved by the fans come and go as quick as she did. We all know she took some time off to care for her growing family, but is almost doesn't seem fair. Lauryn Hill taking home those five Grammys almost guarnteed that we would be seeing more of her, but this was not the case.
Rumors have surfaced for years begging the question will Lauryn Hill ever return? Why should she. She came she saw she conquered.

No matter if he's seen romancing Rihanna or singing the hook on your favorite artists track, Drake has made his name in the Hip Hop arena and he is not going anywhere soon. The 24 year old playboy has been on everyones track and continues to remain the on the top of everyones list when they need a "fire" hook.
Drakes debut album, Thank Me Later (2010), sold 447,000 copies in the first week. The rapper/singer will be trying to duplicate the same success with his second album Take Care, which is set for release on October 24 2011 (Drakes Birthday). Recently the artist released the first single entitled "Headlines" off of his upcoming album. Here is a sample of whats to come.

****RIP Aaliyah****
August 25 will mark the 10th aniversary of R&B sensation Aaliyah's death. Many remember Aaliyah as a very beautiful singer who was full of passion for her music. She graced the screen with names like DMX, Missy Elliot, and Genuwine just to name of few. The artist's name will forever live on in music history as she was taken too early.
****Make Way Brandy is Back****
Ms. Norwood is back and she her new record label is behind her 100%. Brandy signed a new record deal with RCA records and is working on her sixth album. Brandy calls the move to RCA a "blessing". Brandy will be competing with big name acts in the R&B world like Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, and more. Will she have what it takes to remain relevant after coming out of a three year hiatus.
Her first album entitled Brandy did pretty well on the R&B charts in 94' and along with her hit show Moesha she remained a stain on the fabric that is the 90's but can she get back to the success of yesteryear?
